I am running half a marathon in 4 months and i am currently running 2 miles a day but i loose all my energy near the end of my run.What is the best food to eat which will give me longer lasting energy?|||noodles. anything starchy really.|||My personal favorite thing to do is to eat like half a loaf of Panera bread a day or two before a long run/race. But obviously, thats not the only thing i eat
Also, make sure your drink lost of fluids WHILE eating so your body soaks it up well.
