I've been running for about 2 months now and can do 3.5 to 4kms comfortably most days a week. I want to participate in a half marathon (21kms) which is scheduled for a couple of months away. How long should it take me to prepare for it if i AM really dedicated to the training?
Any suggestions?|||you should take 8-12 weeks to go from 4k to 10k and another 8-12 from 10k to half marathon or you risk injury. You choose.
